Administrative Assistant - Washburn Center for Children currently has an opening for a full-time administrative assistant. Responsibilities include word processing of client related dictation and other documents for agency psychiatrists; Providing back up support to the Receptionist including answering phones, checking in clients and making reminder calls; Assisting the File Coordinator in file management duties including retrieving files for clinicians, copying and filing client data, and faxing information as needed. Additional tasks include test scoring, managing daily remittance, data entry, and facility support. Potential candidates must have: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support position; Ability to: work constructively with others, to work with significant interruption and interaction, to exercise good judgment, learn quickly, and work well independently. Strong oral and written communication skills; High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.

School-Based Mental Health Program Supervisor - Washburn Center for Children currently has an opening for a full-time supervisor for our Minneapolis/Bloomington school-based mental health program. This innovative program provides co-located mental health assessments, teacher consultation, treatment and prevention services to children and families in 10 schools. Independent Licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC) and extensive direct service experience providing therapy to children and families, supervising mental health professionals and collaborating with multiple systems required. Strong leadership and organizational skills required. There may be the opportunity to provide outpatient therapy services in addition to the full-time supervisor position. Day Treatment Supervisor - Washburn Center for Children has a full-time opening for a Day Treatment Supervisor that will also carry a small outpatient caseload. This position shares responsibility for oversight of both the pre-school and elementary Day Treatment Classrooms with a half time co-supervisor. The Day Treatment Supervisor provides strong leadership in hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff while ensuring that program staff provide effective assessment and therapeutic services to clients consistent with the program model. This position also oversees clinical documentation practices to meet state and contracted requirements, works with program directors to ensure compliance with legal, ethical and licensing guidelines and requirements, and develops and maintains systems and relationships to secure budgeted utilization for program services. The Day Treatment Supervisor participates in program budget development as well as monitoring of revenue and expenses. Candidates must be Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Board Approved as a clinical supervisor, with at least two years of supervisory experience in providing mental health services to children and families and a high level of clinical skills in treatment of childhood disorders. Strong leadership and organizational skills necessary. Clinical supervision and program management experience required.

Mental Health Professional - Washburn Center for Children currently has a temporary position for a Mental Health Professional in our POND Family Early Learning Center in Bloomington. This position provides extensive DC 0-3 assessments, screening, treatment and prevention services to children and families in the Bloomington/Richfield District. The Therapist will provide direct billable services to children and families as well as provide training, consultation and early intervention/prevention services to school staff. Therapy sessions will take place in-home as well as in the office setting. Licensure as LICSW, LP, or LMFT required. Bilingual preferred. Must be DC 0-3 trained and have experience working independently and providing DC assessments.
