Who is Pathways for?
Pathways is for individuals who identify as indigenous or people of color who are interested in a career in the mental health field. Candidates may fall into one of two eligibility groups:
- Path 1: Currently enrolled in an accredited, master’s level program of psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy or other mental health focus. Applicants must be earning academic credit for their internship.
- Path 2: Practitioners within one year of their Master’s program completion, in one of the above-mentioned programs, be employed or applying for employment at Washburn Center for Children, and be working towards independent licensure (fellowship application must be received within one year of graduation date)
