Child and Adolescent Mental Health Case Manager

Support children’s emotional and behavioral functioning at home and in the community through improving families’ access to needed resources in this vital role.

Day Treatment Transportation Coordinator and Administrative Support

Outpatient Therapist

Make a direct impact on kids in need of mental health support by conducting diagnostics assessments, developing and implementing a treatment plan with the family based on the diagnosis, providing Individual and family therapy and care coordination, including collaboration with psychiatrists and other professionals working with the child, and creating discharge plans.


Project Manager

Provide daily oversite of grant management. This position coordinates project activities, team activities, external contractors and partners, material development and conveys meetings. This position will be key to the project as they will oversee daily management and ensure progress on the grant objectives and reporting.


School-Based Program Supervisor

Make a difference for students directly at their school by providing clinical and administrative supervision, program management, and leadership for school-based mental health program and services. Oversee clinical assessment and treatment services, as well as ancillary services such as consultation and professional development/training for school staff.


School Based Therapist – Bloomington – Middle School

Make a difference for students directly at their school by providing mental health assessment, treatment, and prevention services to children and families as well as consultation and training for school staff through collaborative programs within the Eden Prairie public school district.


School Based Therapist – Eden Prairie – Elementary Schools

Make a difference for students directly at their school by providing mental health assessment, treatment, and prevention services to children and families as well as consultation and training for school staff through collaborative programs within the Bloomington public school district.


School Based Therapist – Eden Prairie – High School

Make a difference for students directly at their school by providing mental health assessment, treatment, and prevention services to children and families as well as consultation and training for school staff through collaborative programs within the Eden Prairie public school district.


School Based Therapist – Eden Prairie – Middle School

Make a difference for students directly at their school by providing mental health assessment, treatment, and prevention services to children and families as well as consultation and training for school staff through collaborative programs within the Eden Prairie public school district.


Spanish-Speaking Family Focused Therapist

Reach families where they are by providing in home, early childhood mental health assessment, treatment, screening, and community-based consultation services to children ages birth to five and their families, in Spanish.
