Who is Pathways for?
Pathways is is for individuals who identify as indigenous or people of color who are interested in a career in the mental health field. Candidates may fall in one of two eligibility groups:
- Path 1: Currently enrolled in an accredited, master’s level program of psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy or other mental health focus
- Path 2: Practitioners within one year of their Master’s program completion, in one of the above-mentioned programs, be employed or applying for employment at Washburn Center for Children, and be working towards independent licensure (fellowship application must be received within one year of graduation date)
Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
