At Washburn Center, we offer a variety of options for paying your bill:

You may make a one-time payment by choosing the QuickPay button or Create an Account to track payments and/or receive e-statements

- Will require the client’s ID# and billing zip code as listed on the client’s statement.
- This option is only available if there has been a statement generated for the client.

- Glenwood: you may pay copays or balances due at the front desk by cash, check or credit card
- Other sites: We do not accept cash, check or credit card payments at these sites. Please use online, phone or mail options.
Recurring payments:
If you would like payments to be deducted monthly from your credit/debit card, please fill out the Recurring Credit Card Pre-authorization form

Adjusted Payment Plan:
We offer Adjusted Payment Plans for those clients/families who are unable to pay their bill in full. Sliding fee amounts are based on income and family size.
