Families with children experiencing severe emotional disturbances often need a wide network of services to improve the child’s stability and functioning.
Washburn Center’s case managers work collaboratively with families to develop a care plan and ensure access to needed services, including mental, social, educational, health, vocational and recreational assistance. Our case managers advocate on behalf of the child’s needs and coordinate care across multiple providers.
Services are provided for children age three through 17.
