You can be a safety net for the kids and families in our community.

Your presence creates hope

You become part of the story when you unite as a supporter. You create more hope for kids and families when you step into an event and witness how generosity fuels our mission. Let us collaborate with you to find the right opportunity for you and your employees to engage with Washburn Center whether it’s volunteering, learning about the impact of mental health care, participating alongside other donors or getting inspired by your impact.

Celebrate our impact and growth with us at our Open House on November 7!

From 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., you’ll find great food, fun activities and people who care about strengthening our communities.

Because of our community of supporters, Washburn Center has increased our service by 73% since opening the Glenwood Ave site ten years ago. It’s one of three sites and many locations where our clinicians serve more than 4,000 children in homes, schools, hospital and clinic settings.

The Annual Washburn Center Golf Classic

Our annual golf tournament rallies nearly 150 corporate and community leaders who champion children’s mental health care in the late Spring or early Summer of each year.

2025 date is coming soon – golfers, get ready to enjoy 18 holes of exceptional fairways and pristine greens!

Dawn of Hope

Dawn of Hope is our breakfast fundraiser hosted to connect you to the promise and innovative mission of Washburn Center for Children.

This event supports community-based mental health care for children that is essential to ensure today’s youth are healing for a stronger future.

Host a pop-up event

Host a happy hour with your network. Washburn Center can work with you to chat about the location, attendees, and provide a speaker at a pop-up educational event of your own.

Host a lunch and learn

Host a lunch and learn by welcoming a Washburn Center leader to your company for a lunch break that engages employees with the impact of mental health on kids and how they can help their own children, and the youth living in their neighborhoods.

Drives

Sponsor and support a charitable drive, like the school supply drive in August, the coat drive in November, or the Holiday Toy Drive in December.
